I'm just like you.

I struggle with worry, stress and anxiety. But over the years I've learnt tools and techniques that can help.

It began with a yoga class and a teacher who took the time to talk to me about my worries. So I kept going back. The practice changed and so did I over the years.

I read books.

I went to classes and workshops, seminars and retreats.

I talked to teachers, listened to lessons and teachings across different disciplines and fields.

And slowly I pieced it all together.
